A live, small-group workshop for professionals and teams who want to move beyond simply 'chatting with AI' into real work automation. You'll build an AI agent hands-on, connect it to your work tools via MCP, and manage a professional workflow using Claude Desktop, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.

6. Use Case Integration — a competitor research agent and a data analysis dashboard
7. AI Tools Assessment — applying the Audit, Optimize, Automation (AOA) framework
